We have engaged Debran, on both the sale & buy side, and in each case, she has been excellent. The proof: A few years after Debran sold our first home, the buyer contacted me to find her because he wanted to use her for his next transaction (and did so). She is communicative and proactive. She is an excellent listener and can synthesize information coming from a husband & wife. She is a skilled and tough negotiator, but in a manner that is always pleasant and polite. She has an excellent sense of aesthetics when it comes to helping stage a home. We have been on house hunts in several cities outside of DC/MD/VA, and so have had other realtors in other parts of the country. Having a basis for comparison has only reiterated for us how great Debran is at her job.
